Dole

Dole UK (formerly Total Produce) is a globally recognised producer and supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables to wholesale, foodservice and retail customers. In the UK the company operates a mixed fleet of over 350 vehicles. It had been using different fuel card suppliers and wanted to consolidate to one single supplier offering national coverage. They also wanted regular, detailed reporting on their fleet’s fuel usage, something previous suppliers did not offer.

Silvey Fleet analysed driving patterns for Dole’s fleet and selected networks to match individual depot’s routes. Allocating cards to vehicles (not drivers) allowed us to produce accurate monthly fuel usage reports. This detailed reporting, segmented by branch, led to greater control and a reduction in fuel costs.

Marlowe Fire & Security Group

The Marlowe Fire & Security Group consists of a collection of Fire and Security brands that operate within the Marlowe family. While the businesses often continue to run independently, the Group always explores ways to synergise where it makes sense to do so. Migrating everyone to one single fuel card provider, with a primary fuel card network, delivered both cost savings and the convenience of centralised reporting.
